Twin 5.7 Engines (low 922 hrs, current tune up and oil change both run excellent ).Merc Outdrives (both changed in 2008, yes I have the files ).Totally Self Contained (low hrs on Kohler generator 45 hrs, Central A/C & Heating ).Aft Cabin.Fuel 2/70 Gallon Tanks, Holds 140 Gallons.Water 1/40 Gallon Tank With Hot Water Tank. A few of care thats entered into the vessel:.* New stereo and speakers.* New led night lighting with red dimmer.* Two new TVs.* New vacu flush pump.* New canvas zippers all the way around, canvas cleaned and scotch secured.* New outdoor carpet, I had it customizeded.* New home and starter battery.* Complete bright work, just the hair salon entry door has to be completed and swim platform slats.* New microwave.* Bottom paint performed in 9/2009 with a 60 % copper covering, outdrive fluid was changed at the very same time.* Port side motor has brand-new rotor, cap and wires (starboard side was done prior to my purchase ).* New plugs in the generator. Included Extras:.* Depth sounder, fish finder & GPS system. Disappointed in picture they are stored away. I never personaly utilize or require them, they do work. I know where im going and the other half doesn't let me fish in her boat LOL. There is absolutely nothing in or on the vessel that does not work. It's like having a 2nd home, enjoy household, good friends and have some enjoyable !!!!!! Call if you would such as any additional info.program contact details.( Derrick ).
