Priced reduced 20K 3/26/2024 I was out at the Albin and the complete upper deck needs replacing as it is soft/spongy. ENTIRE UPPER DECK NEEDS REPLACING There are a couple leaks that have been detected. Owner will be willing to negotiate on the price. Would make a nice live aboard. 3/13/24 Bottom job just completed (shown in photos) going back into the water. Aft cabin provides privacy and a comfortable sleeping area. There is also a forward vee berth and full bathrooms in each cabin. Full galley with sink, stove and refrigerator. Single Cummins diesel is fuel efficient and the bow thruster makes docking easy.
