The boat has not been in the water this season due to no time. The interior cushions are missing as they where damaged in a storage facility fire. They will all need replaced. There are a couple of minor gelcoat repairs, one on the bow and another on the stern. Overall the vessel is in good condition and is ready to sail as is. Will need nothing more than typical commissioning. I would recommend a fresh coat of ablative bottom paint prior to launching but, probably not a necessity. Standing rigging in great shape. Running rigging is good overall but, some will need replaced in next season or two. Sails are very good with main in a Doyle Stack Pack. Has a bimini with good canvas. Propane stove and heater, hot water, shower, Wabasto AC/heat, microwave and flat screen tv. Batteries only 2 years old. This is a great sailing and very comfortable boat. Sleeps 6. Large cockpit with cushions. Auto pilot with basic electronics, no chart plotter. Storage fee is $270 P/M. Can remain there as long as you make storage payment. Boat is ready to sail so you can splash her and take her to another marina. 4ft Shoal draft. Yanmar 30hp diesel has only 1600 hours and runs well. New shore power cord. Boat is in Deale MD. 22079. Marina is on the Chesapeake Bay.
