Condition Hull is absent any damage or major scratches. The hull needs a good buff and wax. Sails appear to be serviceable. One fresh mainsail comes with the boat but is not installed. Interior teak needs to be refinished. Galley needs to be refurbished.needs new stove, sink, plumbing repaired and a new refrigeration unit in the cold storage bin. There is a hole in the fiberglass in the refrigeration bin. A/C will run, but not cool. The transmission has a transmission fluid leak. Engine did start and run.
